By accessing this website or engaging TaxRight Advisors for tax preparation, accounting, or compliance services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Scope Of Services

TaxRight Advisors provides income tax preparation, GST/sales tax registration and filing, business registration, trademark filing assistance, and accounting services as described on this website. Specific service scope and pricing will be confirmed in a separate engagement letter prior to commencement of work.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Providing complete and accurate financial information and documentation
• Responding to information requests in a timely manner
• Reviewing prepared documents prior to filing or submission
• Notifying us promptly of any changes affecting your filing

4. Fees & Payment

Service fees are disclosed prior to engagement and are due according to the payment schedule outlined in your engagement letter. Late payments may result in delayed filing or service suspension.

5. Accuracy Guarantee

We guarantee the accuracy of calculations on returns we prepare, based on the information you provide. If an error attributable to our preparation results in penalties, we will reimburse the penalty amount; this guarantee does not cover errors resulting from incomplete or inaccurate client-provided information.

6. Limitation Of Liability

TaxRight Advisors' liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question, except where prohibited by applicable law.

7. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information in accordance with applicable professional standards and our Privacy Policy.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice. Fees for work completed prior to termination remain due.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
